Rich Rambler

Rich Rambler is the Director of Operations for Datawatch Systems. He is responsible for daily operations of the client services and account management teams for new installations and existing sites. With over 20 years of experience managing client services teams, Mr. Rambler’s primary focus is ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Datawatch Systems in 2002, Mr. Rambler was the manager of the North American Operations/Facilities for Merant, an international software developer serving the needs of clients worldwide. Mr. Rambler oversaw the access control needs of over 20 offices in the US.
