Karthik Raj

Karthik Raj is a Customer Success Specialist at Datazoic Inc. since April 2021, previously serving as a Product Support Engineer. Prior to Datazoic, Karthik held the position of Technical Support Engineer at iOPEX Technologies from June 2020 to April 2021, and also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Hinduja Global Solutions from June 2017 to May 2018, where responsibilities included serving as a Retention Supervisor for the TELE-MEDIA Airtel process. Karthik earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Apollo Engineering College between 2012 and 2016 and obtained a High School/Secondary Certificate in Computer Science from St. Mary's Matriculation Higher Secondary School from March 2011 to May 2012.
