Fabio G. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 17 years. Fabio started their career as a Bachelor Student at CASTI Imaging S.r.l. in 2004. Fabio then worked as a Localization QA Tester at NCsoft Europe Ltd., where they were responsible for checking and reporting inconsistencies in the English to Italian localization process for the online game "Guild Wars: Eye of the North".

After that, Fabio joined Golden Box S.r.l. as a Software Developer. In this role, they developed software for Microsoft Windows for public Internet browsing stations and also planned and developed websites using an in-house CMS. Fabio provided assistance to customers with both internal and third-party solutions.

Fabio then worked as an IT Consultant at TG Soft S.r.l., where they analyzed and countered viruses, developed internal and public websites, and provided phone assistance to customers. Fabio also served as a Web Content Editor at OKWAVE Inc., where they translated site content, developed and maintained fan pages, and managed Facebook and Twitter accounts.

In 2013, Fabio joined Butterfly Corporation as a Software Engineer, focusing on the back-end implementation of basic functionalities for two card-based RPG social games. Fabio also handled post-release operation and maintenance, providing feedback to the planning team.

Fabio's next role was as a Senior Software Engineer at Sophos. Fabio developed an internal DevOps management tool and a centralized authentication/authorization system for the company's products. Fabio utilized various technologies, such as Python, Django, Flask, Bootstrap, jQuery, SQL Server, and AWS services.

At Sendcloud, Fabio served as a Backend Developer, working on development tasks for the company's shipping tool. Fabio developed views, API endpoints, and public API specifications using Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. Fabio also ported part of the platform to a smaller service using Golang and was responsible for the service point delivery platform.

Currently, Fabio is working at Datenna as a Tech Lead Core Backend. Fabio leads a small team of back-end developers, participates in the design process for the system architecture, and mentors junior developers. Fabio also owns the identity provider (IdP) service and the main data library used in the data pipeline.

Fabio G. has a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Padova. Fabio attended this university from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed high school in Computer Science at Istituto Tecnico "C. Zuccante" from 1996 to 2001.

In 2011, Fabio G. enrolled at Naganuma School (Tokyo School of Japanese Language) to study Japanese Language. Fabio completed their studies in 2013 but did not obtain a specific degree for this program.
