Alyssa Harley

Alyssa Harley has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles.

Alyssa began their career as an intern in the advertising department of FDR Magazine in 2007. Alyssa then joined ADP as an Associate District Manager, where they managed a territory in Tampa and established relationships with independent CPAs, accounting firms, banks, and clients.

Alyssa later transitioned to Kforce Inc., where they worked as an IT Recruiter and Business Development Associate. In their role as an IT Recruiter, they recruited IT consultants for clients in the Westlake Village market and exclusively supported Kaiser Permanente. As a Business Development Associate, they identified and qualified prospective clients, scheduled on-site visits, and successfully closed business deals with notable companies like AOL, Verizon, and Comcast.

After their time at Kforce, Alyssa joined EdgeRock Technology Partners as a Technical Recruiter. Alyssa'smain responsibilities included sourcing and identifying PeopleSoft SME Independent Consultants, presenting contract opportunities, coordinating interviews, and negotiating contracts.

In 2013, they moved on to HighPoint Solutions, where they worked as a Manager of Talent Acquisition. Alyssa sourced and hired full-time permanent and project-based employees, with a focus on supporting the ERP practice and Life Sciences initiatives.

Alyssa then joined DATIS, Part of the ContinuumCloud in 2019 as the Director of People and Culture. Alyssa'smain focus was recruiting and developing talented individuals for the DATIS team, with the mission of building better software to support organizations that do social good. In 2021, DATIS was acquired by Battery Ventures and merged with Welligent to form ContinuumCloud, and Alyssa continued their role under the new company.

Currently, Alyssa holds the position of Vice President of People and Culture at ContinuumCloud. As a member of the Executive Team, they lead strategic programs and policies to positively impact the employee experience and business outcomes. ContinuumCloud is a SaaS solutions company that addresses the unique needs of the health and human services industry and other adjacent markets.

Throughout their career, Alyssa has demonstrated their expertise in people operations, talent acquisition, and business development, making valuable contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Alyssa Harley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of South Florida. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications: LinkedIn Certified Professional--Recruiter from LinkedIn and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI. Alyssa obtained the LinkedIn certification in October 2016 and the PHR certification in September 2020.
