In 2008, they became the Director of IT at YCD Multimedia, leading a team of 5 and overseeing the setup and installation of menu board software and advertising displays for clients. In 2011, they became a Senior Account Manager at Mediaocean (formerly Donovan Data Systems), driving 100% adoption of SaaS-based digital media campaign management tools processing $1B worth of transactions for Mediaocean's largest client. In 2016, they became the Director of Data and Analytics at GroupM, where they defined the strategy for product delivery across 7 holding companies and collaborated with peers to deliver a suite of data analytics products. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Client Success at Publicis Media, where they had executive-level accountability for delivery of analytics based insights products and managed client growth and renewals, representing 23% of agency revenue. In 2021, they became the Senior Director of Partnerships at ActionIQ. Most recently, in 2023, they became the VP of Sales & Customer Success at Datonics.
