Lyell Brown

Lyell Brown is a Senior Engineer at Datotel with extensive experience in IT support and server monitoring. At Datotel, Lyell provided support for over 300 end-users at two customer sites, primarily working with Windows environments on VMware framework. Lyell also managed Exchange environments, utilized various monitoring tools, and created documentation for new technologies. Prior to Datotel, Lyell was an ITS Service Desk Analyst Intern at Saint Louis University, where they addressed technology-related issues for faculty and staff using BMC Remedy IT Service Management software. With a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University, Lyell has a solid technical background to support their work in IT operations.
