María Saenz

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in the organic products sector and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on providing online organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
