Andrew Finn

Andrew Finn has gained extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Andrew is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Dave & Buster's Inc. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Main Event, including Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Learning and Development Manager. Andrew has also worked at Pizza Hut as a Senior Manager Human Resources and Head of Human Resources for the Middle East North Africa (MENA) business unit. Andrew has experience in overseeing HR functions, talent management, organization effectiveness, and culture engagement. Additionally, Andrew has worked at Yum! Restaurants International as a Learning and Development Manager, where they oversaw international training and development functions. Andrew also worked at Yum! Brands as a Learning Technologies Manager, and at KFC as an Instructional Design Manager. Andrew began their career at Walt Disney World, where they held the positions of Training Manager for Magic Kingdom Restaurant Operations and Animal Programs Coordinator at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong ability to design and implement training programs and to manage talent acquisition and human resources functions.

Andrew Finn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Anderson University in the years 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Barry University for the duration of 2003 to 2004.
