Gray Rand

Gray Rand is a seasoned Senior Biologist and Professional Wetland Scientist with extensive experience in biological sciences and environmental management. Since April 2005, Gray Rand has been with David Evans and Associates, Inc. in a senior capacity. Prior to this role, Gray Rand served as a Senior Biologist at Shapiro and Associates, Inc. from July 2000 to March 2005, and as a Biologist at Foster Wheeler Environmental from November 1994 to July 2000. Gray Rand holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Washington and Lee University, obtained between 1987 and 1991, and furthered education at Washington State University from 1992 to 1994.
