Peter Hood

Peter Hood is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in continuous improvement and process optimization. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at David Harber since May 2017, Peter Hood oversees daily business operations to enhance client service and achieve growth and profitability targets. Previously, Peter Hood held roles at Xylem Inc. including Global Operational & Customer Excellence Champion and Director of Lean Six Sigma, where responsibilities included the global deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to foster a performance-driven culture. Peter Hood's earlier career at ITT Inc. and Godwin Pumps involved significant contributions to product development, process improvement, and operational efficiency, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Oxford Brookes University.
