Mark Libatique

Mark Libatique, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems management and technology roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Development Database Operations Manager at the Tenement Museum since May 2022, Mark oversees data migration to Salesforce and the implementation of related tools. Previously, Mark held a Senior Manager position at The New York Immigration Coalition, where responsibilities included coordinating technology functions and managing contracts with immigrant-serving organizations. Earlier roles include teaching French and Mandarin at Fluent City, serving as an Interpretive Guide at The National September 11 Memorial & Museum, and directing the Usapan Workshop Program at Pilipino American Unity for Progress. Mark's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from NYU and a degree in Journalism & Media Studies with a focus on languages and art history from Rutgers University.
