Myron Rabij

Myron Rabij is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, project finance, and real estate, along with a specialization in energy sectors and Ukrainian legal issues. Additionally, Myron holds positions as Legal Advisor for Louisiana LNG Exports Turkey, Inc. and Principal at RABIJ Law and Consulting. Prior roles include positions at DeHealth, Wachtel Missry LLP, Norris McLaughlin, McCarter & English, LLP, and Dentons, where extensive legal experience was gained. Myron's early career included a role as Legal Advisor to the Council of Advisors to the Parliament of Ukraine.
