Judith Rowles has a diverse range of work experience in alumni relations and student activities. Judith served as the Associate Director of Alumni and Family Engagement at Davidson College from July 2018 to present. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at Davidson College from November 2014 to July 2018. Before joining Davidson College, Judith worked at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they held the position of Associate Director of Student Activities from May 2013 to November 2014. Judith also worked as the Assistant Director of Student Activities at UNC Charlotte from November 2006 to May 2013. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Nova High School from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, Judith has obtained multiple certifications related to creating psychological safety, advocating for change, confronting bias and racism, having difficult conversations about race at work, driving change and anti-racism, engaging in allyship and anti-racism, and developing an inclusive mindset for committed allies, all from LinkedIn in the year 2020 and 2021.
