Whitney A. White

Whitney A. White is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in coaching, innovation management, and operations. As Co-Founder and CEO of Equity Commons since December 2018, Whitney has focused on creating immersive training experiences. Additionally, Whitney founded Whitney A. White Coaching, providing tailored coaching services for individuals and organizations to achieve their goals. Whitney is also the Founder and CEO of Afara Global, a consultancy that collaborates with startups and corporate teams to enhance innovation and customer experiences. Whitney's prior roles include leadership positions at Google Express, McMaster-Carr, the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office, Bain & Company, and Banc of America Securities. Whitney holds a BA in Anthropology from Davidson College.
