Andrew Foote

Andrew Foote joined Davidson in 2022. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new business opportunities, including hotel investments/acquisitions, management contracts, new development projects and platform acquisitions. Prior to Davidson, Andrew spent over five years at Marriott International, Inc., where he held positions as a Financial Analyst, Asset Manager, and Transactions Director on their Americas continent team. Andrew received his MBA from University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and has a background in Mechanical Engineering, receiving his undergraduate degree from University of Maryland’s A. James Clark School of Engineering. He is passionate in academia and has served as an Adjunct Professor in George Washington University’s department of finance. Andrew believes strongly in mentorship and is a Big Brother Mentor through DC’s Big Brother Big Sister Foundation.
