Kenny Imafidon

VP, Operational Excellence at Davidson Hospitality Group

In his current role on the strategic operations team, Kenny works closely with property and regional operations leaders to design and implement customized solutions to drive operational efficiencies, optimize service delivery, and maximize other operating department revenue opportunity portfolio wide. Most recently, he served as Corporate Director of Operations for the Davidson Hotels operating vertical, providing “hands‐on” support to properties in a range of areas including, but not limited to, transitions, onboarding leaders, owner relations, budgeting, service improvement, financial stewardship, and labor management. Prior to joining Davidson, Kenny was the Opening Hotel Manager at the 570‐room Dual Branded Fairfield Inn and Springhill Suites Times Square South. Kenny also spent 11+ years with Marriott International (and Starwood Hotels & Resorts) in leadership roles at various big box hotels in New York City including the Sheraton New York Times Square, Westin New York Times Square and The New York Marriott Marquis. Throughout Kenny’s career, he earned several accolades including the Marriott International EDGE Award for Excellence in Delivering the Guest Experience for Americas East Region; the Manager of the Year for Westin New York at Times Square, Starwood’s Sheraton Pride Award and Manager of the Year for the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers; and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
