Roslyn B. is an accomplished People and Culture Leader with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving at Davidson since October 2021, Roslyn focuses on enhancing workplace performance and supporting client and community initiatives. Prior to this role, Roslyn undertook short-term assignments in People & Culture at Micale Recruitment. From March 2010 to January 2020, Roslyn held several key positions at Computershare, including Head of People for Australia & New Zealand, where responsibilities included overseeing HR strategy for a large global organization.
