Natalie Pickford

Natalie Pickford is a highly experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Davidsons Homes since June 2022. Prior to this role, Natalie held the position of Associate Development Director at Countryside from November 2021 to June 2022. With a significant tenure at Pick Everard from July 2006 to November 2021, Natalie progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming the National Director of Civil Engineering. Natalie's responsibilities included managing civil engineering design on multi-disciplinary projects, drainage design, and coordinating bid submissions. Earlier career experiences include project management for a research initiative and roles as an undergraduate and graduate engineer.
