Anna Khronina

Anna Khronina has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Anna began their career as a Trainee Account Executive at HOSHVA PR in 2011. In 2012, they joined the Students' Scientific Research Society as a Researcher and continued in that position until 2012. Anna then joined Danone as an Indirect Purchasing Trainee and later became a Junior Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Manager from 2012 to 2015. Anna then moved to BAT as a Management Trainee and subsequently became a Junior Brand Manager for the brand Kent at British American Tobacco Romania from 2016 to 2018. Anna's most recent position was at Davines, where they started as a Brand Manager for Hair Care in 2018. Anna then became the Head of Digital and Marketing Hair Care in 2020 and currently holds the position of Marketing Director, a role they assumed in December 2021. In this capacity, Anna has been responsible for various strategic activities, including developing marketing strategies, managing a team, overseeing digital platforms, and collaborating with external agencies. Anna has achieved notable successes, such as driving category growth, increasing sales, launching successful product lines, and implementing impactful campaigns. Anna Khronina completed their education at Kyiv National Economics University. Anna obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Management, graduating in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Anna also obtained a certification in the Sherpa methodology of project execution from the institution called "Talantium" in 2013.
