Laura Bettoni has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 with an internship at Idea serving communication. Laura then joined L'Oréal in 2014, where they held various roles including Junior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager. During their time at L'Oréal, they were responsible for the launch of new categories, managing budgets for promotional activities, and training and managing interns. In 2018, they took on the role of Global Natural Project Manager at L'Oréal, where they developed the strategic vision for the Source Essentielle brand. Currently, they are working as a Marketing and Communication Manager at Davines, where they are responsible for executing marketing and communication strategies.
Laura Bettoni obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from IULM University in 2012. Laura also participated in the Erasmus program at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria during the same period, studying Communication audiovisual. Prior to that, Laura completed their secondary education at Liceo Camillo Golgi, specializing in Liceo Scientifico from 2004 to 2009. Laura also participated in the AFS international program at Austin High School from 2007 to 2008. Later, Laura pursued a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from IULM University from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "The Essentials of Digital Marketing Fast Track" from L'Oréal in June 2016, "Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (Nivel C1)" from Instituto Cervantes in February 2012, and "ECDL Core" from Associazione Italiana per l'Informatica ed il Calcolo Automatico in April 2010.
