Phil Wright is the VP of Strategy and Sustainability at Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. Phil has over 25 years of experience in the electric utility industry. Phil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Phil also has a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University. Phil is a registered professional engineer in Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio.

Phil Wright has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the West Virginia College of Graduate Studies and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology. Phil also has certification from Registered Professional Engineer in West Virginia.

Phil Wright reports to David Haskins, President & CEO. They work with Jim Kemper - Vice President, Bryan Dowell - VP, Studio46 Media, and Steve Steltenkamp - VP, Operations.
