Wes Byron

Wes Byron, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People Services (HR) Manager for Labs at DaVita Kidney Care, having previously held the role of People Services (HR) Generalist in the same department. In addition, Wes has extensive experience in organizational development as a Senior Representative at Universal Parks & Resorts since February 2018 and has worked at Universal Orlando Resort as a Sr. Human Resources Representative focusing on talent acquisition from June 2011 to February 2018. Wes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2011 and 2014.
