Zach P.

Zach P. has a diverse range of work experiences. Zach most recently worked as an Embedded Systems Engineer at Dawn Aerospace starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they were a Technical Advisor at Engineers Without Borders New Zealand from May 2020 to July 2021. Zach also served as an Automation Engineer Intern at Meridian Energy from November 2020 to February 2021.

In 2019, Zach worked as a Rapid Research & Prototyping Intern at Invert Robotics, where they developed a computer-vision system for defect sizing. Zach was responsible for tasks such as UI development, computer-vision modeling, and embedded-system protocol design.

Zach's earlier experiences include being a Brand Ambassador at SPUR - Sponsorship and Brand Experiences from March 2017 to February 2020, and a Technology Manager and Lead Designer at TOTAL EAR CARE LIMITED from February 2018 to January 2020.

Zach also worked as a Junior Designer at Z Energy NZ from December 2018 to February 2019, a Design Consultant at A-Ward Ltd in January to February 2018, and a Junior Mobile Developer at Translate Digital from November 2017 to February 2018.

Zach's earliest work experience was as an Office Assistant at Bachcare Holiday Homes, where they gained knowledge and experience in the office environment. Zach held this position from December 2014 to February 2017.

Zach P. completed a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Canterbury between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2017, they attended ACG Parnell College where they studied Computer Science, Design and Technology, Physics, Mathematics, and English Language. However, they did not complete a degree at ACG Parnell College.
