Adina Goga

Adina heads up legal at Dawn.

Adina joined us from Linklaters, where she completed her legal training, before spending three and half years as a Corporate and M&A Associate. Having worked in both London and Singapore, she has a wealth of experience in cross-border M&A transactions, including venture capital transactions, joint ventures and corporate governance.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen Mary, University of London, and completed her LPC at BPP Law School.
