Chelsea Hinton

Chelsea Hinton is a dedicated professional with significant experience in education and community management. Currently serving as the Community Workforce Manager at Dawson since August 2022, Chelsea has been recognized with the 2024 Accountability Core Value Award and received a nomination for the 2023 Newcomer of the Year. Prior to this role, Chelsea worked as a High School English Teacher at Springfield Local Schools from August 2017 to July 2022, where contributions included participation in the High Quality Student Data Committee and serving as a Quiz Bowl Co-Advisor. Chelsea's earlier experience includes roles as a Retail Sales Associate at ANN INC. and a Writing Consultant at Bowling Green State University. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a minor in English from Bowling Green State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from The Ohio State University.
