Gwendolyn Reynolds

Gwendolyn Reynolds serves as the Founding Head of AI and Data Science at Day.ai since June 2023, contributing to a customer intelligence solution that innovates CRM for the AI Age. As a Co-Founder of Declarative since December 2020, Gwendolyn is dedicated to empowering a collective of diverse professionals. Previously, Gwendolyn held the position of Senior Director of Analytics at Thrive, focusing on improving well-being through integrated health solutions. At HubSpot, Gwendolyn advanced from Principal Product Analyst to Senior Product Analyst, leading a team to enhance product security and reduce abuse through statistical modeling. Gwendolyn also served as Senior Director of Data Science at Sorenson Impact, managing a multidisciplinary team focused on social and environmental impact, and as Research Manager at the National Bureau of Economic Research, overseeing a Behavioral Economics Research Lab. Gwendolyn holds a Master's degree in Theology from Harvard Divinity School and a Bachelor's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Utah.
