Nathan Hoo is a seasoned food technologist and quality assurance professional with experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Food Technologist at Day-Lee Foods since January 2022, Nathan also works as a Quality Assurance Technician at YouBar Inc. since June 2021, conducting tests on various protein-based products. Prior experience includes roles at Hearthside Food Solutions and King's Hawaiian, where Nathan was responsible for ATP/allergen swab testing and conducting various quality tests on bread, respectively. Nathan began a career in the industry as an intern at VIRUN, where responsibilities included measuring ingredients and maintaining equipment. Nathan holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2020.

We manufacture and distribute Asian-style frozen foods at wholesale to retailers. Our home-style recipes bring tasty meals to households all over the United States. Some of these products include authentic potstickers or gyoza, mandarin orange chicken, beef with broccoli and other chicken and vegetable based creations. You can find our products in large quantity boxes at warehouse retailers, club stores and smaller units in your local neighborhood grocery market. We adhere to strict safety standards set forth by the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) guidelines and absolute food safety and quality is maintained throughout procurement, handling and manufacturing processes.
