Nathan Hoo is a seasoned food technologist and quality assurance professional with experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Food Technologist at Day-Lee Foods since January 2022, Nathan also works as a Quality Assurance Technician at YouBar Inc. since June 2021, conducting tests on various protein-based products.
