Danielle Wieckowski

Danielle Wieckowski is an accomplished recruiting and staffing professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director of Recruiting & Staffing at Day & Zimmermann since February 2016, Danielle previously held roles as Recruiting & Staffing Manager and Recruiter within the same organization. Prior to Day & Zimmermann, Danielle worked as a Recruiter at The Jay Group in 2015, managing the recruiting process for Contact Center positions and enhancing the employer brand through social media. Danielle's career began at Enterprise Holdings in 2005, progressing from Management Trainee to HR Coordinator, specializing in recruiting and onboarding for over 70 locations. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in French Studies with a Minor in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College.
