DeAndra Jean-Louis currently serves as SVP Global Customer Success at Dayforce, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, DeAndra was Chief Customer Officer at Aryaka Networks from March 2022 to November 2023. DeAndra's extensive experience in customer success includes a tenure as Vice President at Palo Alto Networks and multiple leadership positions at Anaplan, where responsibilities included Vice President of Partner Strategy and Programs as well as Vice President of Professional Services. At Workday, DeAndra held several roles over nearly a decade, culminating in the position of Vice President, Global Services Operations. Additionally, DeAndra worked at IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant. DeAndra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Louisiana State University.
