Felicia McElhaney

Felicia McElhaney's work experience spans over several decades, starting in 1989 at Black Hills Pathology as a Specimen Cataloging employee. Felicia then worked at Sunset Life as an Underwriter from 1992 to 1996. After that, they joined Commonwealth Insurers as a Risk Manager from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 2006, Felicia worked at Great American Insurance Group, specializing in Risk Management. In 2006, they became the Director of Underwriting at Sun Life Financial, a position they held until 2011. Following that, Felicia served as an Underwriting Consultant at Crump Life Insurance Services from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they were the AVP - Underwriting Director at National Life Group. In 2020, Felicia joined a Stealth Company as a Financial and Operations personnel before transitioning to their current role as the Head of Underwriting at Dayforward.

Felicia McElhaney has a background in accounting and finance, as well as pre-medicine/pre-medical studies. Felicia attended SUNY for their accounting and finance studies and St. Martin's College for their pre-medicine/pre-medical studies.
