ABOUT THE ROLE

Employment Type: Internship - Full Time (40 work hours per week)

Location: Amsterdam

Reporting To: Head of Partnerships & Customer Success

Role Overview: As a Customer Success intern, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our partners. You'll have the chance to work closely with our Head of Partnerships, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. We're looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. If you're passionate about building strong relationships and delivering top-notch support, this internship is perfect for you!

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.
• Proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
• Are able to work in a flexible, agile start-up environment
• Verbal and written fluency in English
• You are experienced in working with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
• You enjoy working in a team, are a team player and have well developed social skills
• Are currently studying in the Netherlands, or able to work in the Netherlands or willing to relocate to the Netherlands for this internship

WE OFFER

We work in a hybrid model, with "Together Tuesdays" at our office in Amsterdam. English is our default work language. For this internship, we offer a monthly stipend of €400.
