Luke Rogers has had a diverse and extensive work experience in data engineering and ETL development. Luke began their career at Capgemini in 2011 as an ETL Developer, where they led a small development team and focused on efficient data loading and code development. In 2015, they joined Dufrain Consulting as an ETL Developer, where they utilized Informatica cloud services to pull data from legacy systems into Salesforce for reporting purposes. Luke also implemented advanced analytical functions within Oracle, significantly reducing processing time. Luke then joined Instinctive BI in 2018 as a Consultant, where they played key roles in identifying and resolving issues with a lending platform and automating manual processes. Luke facilitated the agile process between project managers and developers. In 2020, Luke joined Cirrus Migrations as an ETL Contractor, contributing to the development of an ETL solution for a global payroll system. Luke also designed and developed systems delivering data to external project management and talent acquisition tools. Currently, Luke is working as a Data Engineer at Dayshape.

Luke Rogers attended Southgate College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned an Advanced Diploma in IT Practitioners with a focus on Information Technology.
