Hilary Ross Browning

Hilary Ross Browning has extensive work experience in various roles. Hilary currently serves as the Chief Fiscal Officer and Director of Finance at Dayton Metro Library since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the City of Dayton, where they held several positions, including Budget & Grants Supervisor, Senior Management Analyst, Management Analyst II, and Legislative Aide. Hilary Ross Browning has a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Dayton, which was obtained in 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology at the University of Dayton from 2003 to 2007. In 2007 to 2008, Hilary attended The Ohio State University, focusing on Sociology and Statistics, although no degree was stated.
