Stephanie Ingalls has a diverse work experience. Stephanie started their career as a Medical Receptionist at Physical Therapy Consultants in 2008 and worked there until 2009. Stephanie then joined Muller Family Theaters as a Projectionist from October 2009 to January 2010. In 2010, they joined Dayton Rogers Mfg as a Receptionist and later worked as a Corporate Legal Assistant in 2013. Stephanie also served as a Customer Service Representative from 2013 to 2014. Stephanie's role at Dayton Rogers Mfg expanded as they became a Corporate Culture Trainer/H.R. in 2014 and then a General Manager in 2018. Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Dayton Rogers Mfg, starting from May 2022.

Stephanie Ingalls obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University, which they attended from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they completed a Certificate program in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General at Intigrative Nutrition. Furthermore, from 2012 to 2014, Stephanie studied Psychology and Nutrition at North Hennepin Community College, although they did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
