Guillaume Lebée began their career in 2004 as an Apprenti Cuisinier at Restaurant Bernard Loiseau - Tante Louise. In 2006, they moved to Jules Verne as a Commis de Cuisine. Finally, in 2010, they became an IT Manager at Dayuse.com, a website and mobile application allowing users to book hotel rooms during the day at discounted rates.
