First, let's talk about you! 

As a Technical Account Manager at Dazz, you will be our customer advocate, the most important person that drives the adoption and continued value of our products while making sure to address any technical challenges that the customer might face. You'll be working hand in hand with our Engineering, Sales engineering and product teams, ensuring that the customer's voice is heard loud and clear. You'll Create and maintain relationships, manage onboarding projects, and manage technical escalations. You'll also take part in building out the cornerstone for our customer support and customer success operations from the ground up.

This role is 100% hands-on - combined with Customer Success, Customer Support and Project management - an all-around player!

So if you have:

3+ years experience in field engineering, i.e. in a Senior Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager

An in-depth technical understanding of modern cloud concepts as well as common CI/CD concepts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience working with enterprise customers

Strong customer-focus, alongside excellent problem solving and project management skills

Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce, Jira and other Customer success platforms

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a globally dispersed, cross cultural team with a fast paced dynamics

Training delivery experience

Ability to Travel Up to 20% of your time

*The expected salary range for candidates meeting the requirements of this position is $85,000 to $110,000 for a full time position. The range provided is the salary that Dazz believes in good faith at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location. Our benefits package includes coverage options for medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life insurance, disability, FSAs, 401K, and paid time off.
