Dr. Mirco Goetz

Dr. Mirco Goetz serves as the Vice President of Research & Development at DBM Reflex since June 2020, overseeing the development of product innovations and injection mold applications. Previously, Dr. Goetz held significant roles at Hyundai MOBIS, including Deputy Vice President of Research & Development and Vice President of Lamp Engineering Design, where contributions included the implementation of LED standards and the development of the first LED Matrix Beam Headlamp. Prior to that, Dr. Goetz was with HELLA for 14 years, serving in various positions that focused on optics development for automotive lighting systems, including headlamps and tail lamps for European OEMs. Dr. Goetz earned a Doctorate in Physics from the Technical University of Munich between 1997 and 2002.
