Eugene Huang

Eugene Huang serves as the Group Chief Information Officer at DBS Bank since May 2024. Prior to this role, Eugene held significant positions at Ping An Technology, including Chairman and CEO from August 2020 to May 2024, as well as General Manager and various leadership roles focused on investment IT strategies. Eugene's earlier experience includes serving as EVP, COO & CTO at OneConnect Financial Technology, Head of Global Banking & Markets Technology at HSBC, and Senior Vice President at Citi, among other roles in banking and technology. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Management System and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Wuhan University of Technology.
