Vince Wong

Vince Wong has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President, COO of Human Resources, and Head of Organization Development, Wellbeing & Culture at DBS Bank since October 2013. Previous roles at DBS Bank include Vice President positions focused on COO Human Resources and Regional Talent Management, as well as Assistant Vice President roles in Talent Management and Business Human Resources. Prior to DBS Bank, Vince Wong held the position of HR Business Partner at AXA and worked at Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited as HR Officer and HR Trainee. Vince Wong holds a degree in Business Administration (Hons) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and has furthered education at INSEAD in Business Strategy for HR Leaders.
