Giovana Urrutia Pereira

Giovana Urrutia Pereira has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they were an HR Assistant at both TI Works RH and AG2. In 2010, they joined DBServer as a Business Unit Manager, where they also held roles as a Senior Manager and an Outsourcing Manager. In 2016, they opened their own office as an HR Consultant and Career Coach. In 2010, they joined CMC Consultoria as an HR Consultant, where they were responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for various segments, with a focus on IT positions, hunting, psychological evaluation, and client visits.

Giovana Urrutia Pereira obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 2003 and 2008. In 2010, they attended FADERGS - Faculdade de Desenvolvimento do Rio Grande do Sul for a course in Psychology Organizational. In 2011, they obtained their International Business English certification from LSC Language Studies Canada. In 2016, they received their Professional Coach Certification from SLAC - Sociedade Latino Americana de Coaching. From 2018 to 2020, they completed their Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
