Ivan Sobina

Ivan Sobina is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently, as Sales Director Major Accounts at dbt Labs since November 2022, Ivan engages with Global 2000 companies across the Nordics and Benelux regions, while also building the dbt Labs presence in EMEA. Prior to this role, Ivan contributed to MongoDB from September 2018 to November 2022, initially as a Solutions Architect and later as a Strategic Account Director, where significant efforts were made to establish and expand operations in the Nordics. Ivan's earlier experience includes roles at BMC Software as a Senior Solution Engineer and at GlobalLogic as a Professional Services Engineer, managing technical relationships and leading large-scale integration projects across EMEA. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
