Julianne Arombo (He/Him)

Julianne Marvin Arombo, known as Jules at work, is an Analytics Engineer at dbt Labs.

Previously, he was a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst at City Storage Systems, managing analytics for Otter, a restaurant technology platform, with focus on Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. He also played a key role in Scaled Operations and Support as an analytics associate, consistently achieving a performance rating of 9/10 for three consecutive quarters for both roles.

Jules led the deployment of City Storage’s first CRM Marketing Dashboard and developed comprehensive analytics platforms for Quality Assurance, maintaining a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) QA correlation of 90% and above for US & Canada through support agent feedback and process improvement.

He holds a degree in Education Studies and Biology from the University of the Philippines and studied Computer Science at the University of the People.
