Leigh Staub

Leigh Staub is a seasoned professional in employee experience and operational leadership, currently serving as Director of Employee Experience at dbt Labs since December 2022. Previously, Leigh held multiple leadership roles at Evolve Security, including Senior Director of Academy, where management of a team focused on cyber training was instrumental in scaling programs. Earlier experience includes leading alumni engagement efforts at The Ohio State University, overseeing various initiatives that targeted a large alumni base. Leigh's career began with key roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including positions in student affairs and fraternity and sorority management. Educational qualifications include an Ed. M. in Higher Education and a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
