Alicia McNeal, Esq. is a seasoned legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in employee and labor relations. Currently serving as the Lead HR Specialist at the DC Public Library since July 2022, Alicia McNeal oversees compliance with equal opportunity laws and acts as a subject matter expert in employee engagement.
