Tracy Parker is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Deputy General Counsel at the DC Housing Finance Agency since January 2011. DC Housing Finance Agency

The District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency is a uniquely created and organized financial intermediary and administrator of affordable housing programs and homeownership resources in the District of Columbia. Through its Multifamily Lending and Neighborhood Investment and Capital Markets divisions, DCHFA issues tax-exempt mortgage revenue bonds to lower the developers’ costs of acquiring, constructing and rehabilitating rental housing. The Agency offers private for-profit and non-profit developers low-cost predevelopment, construction and permanent financing that supports the new construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation of affordable rental housing in the District. DCHFA’s Single Family Programs division creates homeownership opportunities in the District by providing low-cost single family mortgages and down payment assistance, made possible through the issuance of mortgage-backed securities. The Agency offers a variety of programs for current and potential homeowners with the goal of expanding and retaining homeownership opportunities in the District.
