Kelvin Blowe

Kelvin Blowe is a versatile professional with extensive experience in policy advocacy, business development, and community services. Currently serving as a Policy and Advocacy Associate at DC Justice Lab since August 2021, Kelvin also holds the role of Peer Navigator at The National Reentry Network for Returning Citizens and operates as a Business Owner at Blowe Trucking and Transportation Services LLC, both starting in June and May 2021, respectively.
