Emilio Guzman

Emilio Guzmán serves as the Chief Investor Relations at Houston EB5 since January 2011 and concurrently holds the position of Executive VP & Chief Investor Relations at DC Partners since December 2010. Prior to these roles, Emilio Guzmán was the VP of International Services at Colliers International from April 2010 to January 2011, where responsibilities included representing international clients and private equity funds in commercial real estate transactions within the United States, focusing on cross-border transactions. Emilio Guzmán holds a distinguished educational background, including training at the Army & Navy Academy, a certification as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), coursework at Harvard Business School, and a degree from Universidad Anáhuac.
