Crystal Richey

Crystal Richey is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Chief Human Capital Officer at DCA Outdoor since April 2024, Crystal previously held the position of AVP, Human Resources at North American Savings Bank, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive talent strategies and advising C-suite executives. With a background as a franchisee at Massage Heights, Crystal has successfully managed HR functions, operations, and financial analysis. Experience as Program Manager for Global Training Development at John Deere and Director of Field Training at H&R Block further solidified expertise in training initiatives and team leadership. Crystal holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Park University.
