David Burridge has been working in the finance industry since 2001. David began their career at Ernst & Young as a Manager and Senior Staff Accountant. In 2008, they moved to RSM Richter as an Associate, where they worked on US Restructuring mandates. In 2009, they joined L'Oreal Canada as a Finance Manager, responsible for managing monthly and annual budgets for the Luxury Products Division. In 2011, they became the Vice President Finance of SCL Elements inc., where they were part of the management team and was deeply involved in strategic and business development initiatives. In 2013, they joined Schneider Electric as the Finance Director of the Small Building Systems line of business. David's responsibilities included supervising the reporting and accounting team, financing strategy as well as translating all the financial aspects of the organization into sound operational decisions. In 2015, they joined Busbud as an Advisor, CFO, and VP Finance and Corporate Development. In 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer of dcbel.

David Burridge attended Bishop's University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. David then attended Concordia University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Diploma in Chartered Accountancy Studies. In February 2005, they obtained a Chartered Accountant certification from CPA Canada (Chartered Professional Accountants Canada).
