Leo Gu has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Leo began their career as a B2B Marketing Assistant (Intern) at Amadeus. After that, they worked as a Product Marketing Officer, APAC at Philips Lighting from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they were the Asia Ecommerce Manager at Daniel Wellington from 2016 to 2018. Leo then moved to Pernod Ricard to serve as the Ecommerce Manager, Direct Sales from 2018 to 2020. After that, they worked as the Ecommerce Manager at Balmain from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, they have been the Senior Manager, Nike App and Nike.com since 2021 and is currently the E-commerce & Performance Marketing Lead at dcbel since 2022.

Leo Gu received their MBA in International Business from the University of Alberta in 2013. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in User Experience Design from BrainStation. From 2010 to 2012, they earned a Diplôme de l'EDHEC in Business Management from EDHEC Business School. Finally, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Sichuan International Studies University in 2009.
